Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order after it has been placed. We allow order cancellations within 3 hours of the order being placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within this timeframe. We kindly ask that you provide your order details, such as the order number and the items you wish to cancel or modify. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once the 3 hour window has passed, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order as it would likely have already been processed.
