Returns/Exchanges Policy

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

Returns: At this time, ISale4Life does not accept returns for refunds or store credit. All sales are considered final. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details prior to completing a purchase.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted if an incorrect item or incorrect size was shipped due to an error on our part. If you believe you received the wrong item or size, you must contact us within three (3) days of delivery at contact@isale4life.com. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for exchange.

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:​​

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the exchange request being denied.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition. If the item meets our exchange criteria, we will promptly ship the correct size or item to you. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer you the option to choose an alternative or provide a store credit for future purchases.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. In cases where the requested size or item is out of stock, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative solutions. We aim to process exchanges within a reasonable timeframe, but please allow for shipping and processing times, which may vary depending on your location.
